Can I eat slime, or feed it to my pets?
→ DO NOT EAT SLIME, OR FEED IT TO YOUR PETS! Slime has glue in it, which is toxic to humans and animals! If you happen to digest slime, call (800) 222-1222 immediately!
How can I adjust my slime?

What should I do if something in my order is missing, broken, or stolen?
→ We package our slimes in bubble wrap to avoid this situation. However, there are chances that your slime could still be damaged. Please email us at getslimeawesome@gmail.com with a picture of the package, slimes, and your order information and we will provide a solution to you as soon as we can. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of your receipt of your order. The time frame is made to insure a solid proof is shown.
Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
→ Due to Covid-19, we cannot estimate delivery dates, and shipping may take longer than usual. We are sorry for this issue.
